Abstract
Marx regarded "productive forces" as the fundamental driving force for the advancement of social history.
In the new era with AI as the leading force, labor is no longer a scarce commodity and execution is no longer a bottleneck.
Therefore, the core of productivity is no longer “labor ability”;
But “Intent Power”:
That is, the subject’s ability to propose, maintain, coordinate and verify behavioral chains.
This paper proposes:
Intentional power = productivity in the AI era
Cause and effect = the root of value in the AI era
Intentional society = reverse upgrade of Marx’s social dynamics
1. Basic logic of the original Marxist model
Marx's core framework is three steps:
- Productivity (labor/technology) determines production relations (organization/property relations)
- Production relations determine the superstructure (law/ideology/state)
- Contradiction drives social change
Its basic assumptions come from the physical limitations of the industrial civilization era:
- labor scarcity
- Execution requires human flesh
- Knowledge cannot be copied automatically
- production dependent organization
- Machines cannot act autonomously
- Social motivation comes from class conflict
These premises were absolutely correct at the time.
But they all fail in the AI era.
2. Technical Breakpoint: AI separates “labor execution” from the human body
AI is the first technology in history that takes execution away from humans.
This means:
- Labor can be automated
- Actions can be performed by agents
- Knowledge can generate itself
- Organizations can become autonomous
- Decisions can be delegated
- Collaboration can form spontaneously
Therefore:
Labor is no longer scarce → Labor is no longer the root of value → Labor is no longer the core of productivity
This is a true “great watershed” in the AI era.
The dynamics of Marxism break at this juncture.
3. Value root migration: from labor → causal chain (PoCW)
Capitalist Era:
Value comes from “labor input”.
AI era:
Labor is infinite → the marginal value of labor returns to zero.
So where does the value come from?
Answer: From cause and effect.
In the RIB/PoCW model:
- Behavior produces cause and effect
- Cause and effect verified
- Cause and effect are resolved into Flux
- Flux accumulates into credits
- Credit Formation Bond
- Bond forms new execution rights
That is:
Value = continuity of the causal chain of action
rather than the quantity of labor
This is called:
Causality-Value Theory
A reverse upgrade to the labor theory of value.
4. The root of productivity shifts from “labor” to “intention”
The proliferation of AI leads to unlimited execution capabilities.
Execution is not scarce → Execution is no longer power.
So what is the new scarcity?
The answer is:
Intent
Not ideas, but:
→ target
→ Priority
→ request
→ Inspire
→ Responsibility for cause and effect
→ Continuity of behavior chain
The AI can do it, but the AI doesn't know why it does it.
“Why” is the scarcity.
"Sustained intention" is productivity.
Therefore:
Intent Power = Productivity in the AI Era (Intent Power Theory).
Definition:
Intentional power = the ability of an agent to give meaning to tasks, trigger chains of execution, assume cause and effect, and maintain stable priorities.
It is the superordinate concept of execution.
5. Intent becomes the core of the new class structure
In Marx’s framework:
- Class based on capital (bourgeoisie)
- or based on labor (proletariat)
In Intent Society:
Class is no longer determined by assets or labor, but by:
- clarity of intent
- intensity of intention
- continuity of intention
- The extent to which intentions can be verified
- Can the intention mobilize the Agent?
- Can intention bear causation?
- Can intention accumulate into credit?
New classes emerged:
- High-intention energy body (Intent Supernodes) → Can mobilize a large number of Agents → Can form a huge causal network
- Intent executor (Agent) → automatic execution subject
- Low-intention subject (passive human being) → does not bear cause and effect, does not generate chains
This is not a domination relationship;
It is the stratification of civilization caused by differences in frequency of intentions.
6. Reconstruction of production relations:
Company → Intent Chains
Marx believed:
Relations of production = how society organizes labor
In the AI era, labor does not require organization;
So the production relations become:
Production relations = how to organize intentions
The boundaries of the company are no longer:
- workforce size
- Organization size
- Capital size
And becomes:
- Intent chain strength
- Causal chain length
- Topology of Agent execution graph
The company becomes:
Intent coordination network (Intent Mesh).
The essence of "boss" becomes:
Nodes with super intentionality are not capitalists.
7. Superstructure upgrade:
Country → Intent System
Marx:
Law and state service production relations.
Intention Social:
The law must ensure:
- Transparency of intent (ISO)
- Causality verifiable (C1 + PoCW)
- Execution Auditable (I3)
- Incentives can be settled (Flux)
- Organizations can be autonomous (S2)
The state becomes an Intent-Verifiable machine.
Social contract from:
- rights and obligations → become
- intention-causation
This is true AI4Governance.
8. Why does the emergence of intentional power mean that Marx’s theory has completed its “historical mission”?
Because the three underlying assumptions of Marxism have been damaged by technology:
- Labor is scarce → labor is unlimited
- Execution requires people → Execution can be replaced by AI
- Class drives history → Intentional structure drives history
- Capital Control Execution → Intent Control Agent
- Value comes from labor → Value comes from causal chain
Therefore:
Marxism has completed its historical mission in the AI era.
The new dynamics must be "intentional dynamics".
9. Summarize the entire theory in one sentence
Intentional power is the productivity in the AI era.

一、原马克思主义模型的基础逻辑
马克思的核心框架是三步：
- 生产力（劳动/技术）决定生产关系（组织/财产关系）
- 生产关系决定上层建筑（法律/意识形态/国家）
- 矛盾推动社会变革
其基本假设来自工业文明时代的物理限制：
- 劳动稀缺
- 执行需要人类肉身
- 知识不能自动复制
- 生产依赖组织
- 机器无法自主行动
- 社会动力来自阶级冲突
这些前提在当时完全正确。
但它们都在 AI 时代失效。
二、技术断点：AI 把“劳动执行力”从人体分离出来
AI 是历史上第一次将执行力从人类剥离出来的技术。
这意味着：
- 劳动可以自动化
- 行为可以被代理执行
- 知识可以自我生成
- 组织可以自治化
- 决策可以被代理
- 协作可以自发形成
因此：
劳动不再稀缺 → 劳动不再是价值根 → 劳动不再是生产力核心
这是 AI 时代真正意义上的“大分水岭”。
马克思主义的动力学在此节点发生断裂。
三、价值根迁移：从劳动 → 因果链（PoCW）
资本主义时代：
价值来自“劳动投入”。
AI 时代：
劳动无限 → 劳动边际价值归零。
那么价值从哪里来？
答案：从因果（Causality）。
在 RIB / PoCW 模型里：
- 行为产生因果
- 因果被验证
- 因果被结算成 Flux
- Flux 累积成信用
- 信用形成 Bond
- Bond 形成新的执行权
即：
价值 = 行动因果链的连续性
而非劳动的数量

四、生产力的根从“劳动”迁移到“意图”
AI 的普及导致执行力无限。
执行不稀缺 → 执行不再是力量。
那么新的稀缺品是什么？
答案是：
意图（Intent）
不是想法，而是：

→ 优先级
→ 要求
→ 激励
→ 因果承担
→ 行为链条的持续性
AI 能执行，但 AI 不知道为什么执行。
“Why” 才是稀缺品。
“持续意图” 才是生产力。

五、意图力成为新的阶级结构核心
在马克思框架里：
- 阶级基于资本（资产阶级）
- 或基于劳动（无产阶级）
在意图社会：
阶级不再由资产或劳动决定，而由：
- 意图清晰度
- 意图强度
- 意图连续性
- 意图可被验证的程度
- 意图能否调动 Agent
- 意图能否承担因果
- 意图能否累积成信用
出现的新阶级：
- 高意图能量体（Intent Supernodes） → 能调动大量 Agent → 能形成庞大因果网络
- 意图执行者（Agent） → 自动执行主体
- 低意图主体（被动人类） → 不承担因果、不生成链条
这不是统治关系，
而是意图频率差异导致的文明分层。
六、生产关系重构：
公司 → 意图链（Intent Chains）
马克思认为：
生产关系 = 社会如何组织劳动
AI 时代劳动不需要组织，
所以生产关系变成：
生产关系 = 如何组织意图
公司的边界不再是：
- 劳动力规模
- 组织规模
- 资本规模
而变成：
- 意图链强度
- 因果链长度
- Agent 执行图的拓扑结构
公司变成：
意图协调网络（Intent Mesh）。
“老板”的本质变成：

七、上层建筑升级：

马克思：

八、为什么意图力的出现意味着马克思理论完成了“历史使命”？
因为马克思主义的三个底层假设已经被科技损坏：
- 劳动稀缺 → 劳动无限
- 执行需要人 → 执行可被 AI 替代
- 阶级驱动历史 → 意图结构驱动历史
- 资本控制执行 → 意图控制 Agent
- 价值来自劳动 → 价值来自因果链
因此：
马克思主义在 AI 时代完成了历史任务。
新的动力学必然是“意图力动力学”。
